A Taste Of Some Of The Communities I Serve

We all yearn for our own slice of community and as your real estate professional, I will strive to help you find your perfect match! Although my hometown of over 20 years is Superior, Colorado, I have helped many clients up and down the front range and occasionally in the mountains.

It is important to me that you not only find the perfect house, but that you also find the community that has the amenities you want and is close to where you want to be, whether that is close to your job, family, friends or even school. I want you to fall in love with the surrounding lifestyle. Each community I work within offers something unique, so I am excited to hear about what community means to you and what you are specifically looking for. Some of the communities I have spent a great deal of time in are highlighted here:

Boulder

Boulder, an outdoor enthusiast’s mecca and college town, was voted year after year, the most fitness-friendly city in America by SmartAsset. It was named one of the top 20 Tech Towns in 2018 by CompTIA and came in #1 with the Greenest City Award by Insurify in 2018. There is a lot to enjoy in the way of outdoor activities in Boulder with mountain and road biking, hiking and trail running, to name a few. Boulder also offers easy and quick access to many mountain sports like skiing, boarding, snowshoeing, etc.. Boulder is also famous for its annual Bolder Boulder, the second largest 10K race in the United States. Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall is a downtown pedestrian mall featuring art galleries, cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. Walking along the cobblestone street, you will find street entertainers singing, performing magic or other fun entertainments. Chautauqua Park is also located in the city of Boulder and is a huge park with great hiking as well as a home for great musical and cultural events.
